Wow, glad you're OK.
Hope that you are not to sore today, and that you don't end up with any long term problems.

All you have to do is install it and run, thats literally it. Its the easiest program in the world to use. Just fire up your PS3 from there and find your mac under video on your ps3 and find where you stored your video files on the mac and run them. It takes like 10 seconds.

From the ls man page:
If the file or directory has extended attributes, the permissions field printed by the -l option is followed by a '@' character. Otherwise, if the file or directory has extended security information (such as an access control list), the permissions field printed by the -l option is followed by a '+' character.
Include -e in ls to see the ACL info. Include -@ in ls to see the extended attributes.

From his posting history, I get the impression that the OP will respond with some degree of restrained celebration when Steve Jobs buys the farm.

Actually, if you use the official music videos (if available) and choose the high quality option on the converter sites, the quality is perfect.
Yeah, but the pr0n is terribly low quality.
Why is that, and can you fix?? :D

On the subject of hilarious Craigslist posts, I just found this: http://semo.craigslist.org/zip/2346347231.html
LMAO! what a weirdo... I wonder if thats just someone collecting idiots trying to sing in order to make a youtube video or create a site similar to the one being discussed here.

Any time I've watched someone getting something fixed at an Apple store they seem to be pretty pleased about the ordeal.
I'm more than pleased. From all the Laptop/PC Companies that I've dealt with in the past, Apple's Support is lightyears ahead in terms of customer satisfaction, customer service, promptly helping users fix issues they may be having, and just overall friendliness of their Support rep's.
Thats standard Apple support. Sometimes they screw up, but I've never had issues with their support.
This is true. Everyone makes mistakes, even Apple, but a real company that cares about customer satisfaction will own up to those mistakes and fix them if they should arise. That is what has happened here. The Apple Support rep admitted that some MacBook Air's experience this problem, but helped to show me how I can go about fixing my issue/getting it fixed at a nearby Apple Store.
Hey SR71 :)
Good to hear! Apple do indeed have fantastic support, and I had a similar issue within a week of buying my MBP. They replaced it no questions asked. Unlike countless issues I had with Dell, and they refused to replace my faulty product! Enjoy the MBA :)
I couldn't agree more! Dell and HP have the worst Support, in my opinion. They're slow to help you with your problems, they are hard to understand over the phone (or at least in my experience with HP they were), and lastly, they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Thank you Apple Support. :)

I am sorry if this is already posted, but I have a quick question. A friend of mines has the 2010 13" 2.4GHz model with all the standard specs no upgrade. Its in like new condition with the box and the accessories he bought his in Nov. from Microcenter when they was on sale for $999.99. He looking to sell it to get the i5. I trying to talk him out of it because he only uses it for basic stuff and its not worth the upgrade. But he wants to know a good price to sell it for he offered it to me for $700 and told me if anyone else wants it $900. But he hasn't gotten any serious buyers. What do you guys think a good sales price should be. He wants to pay as little out his pocket for the new 1. I was thinking of buying it myself but I dont think I would make much money off it. Because I just bought mines in Jan and i am perfectly fine with mines. So just need some advice for a good reasonable price point thanks.

I'm going to agree here, MBP+cheap PC would likely be the best all around solution.

If you look at the buyers guide (the link is at the top right of this page) it says that the macbook is overdue for an update. I'm waiting for the update too, so hopefully it will be soon!

I plan on using my Ipad predominately w/ wifi. I bought the 3g version for when I travel or want a more secure connection. I keep getting an annoying pop-up that says "you haven't signed up for your account"..meaning Verizon 3g acct. and you can click "now" or "later". I got tired of hitting "later" and decided to sign up and be done with it. I'll sign up for the cheapest plan ($20.00/month). My question is: If I jump thru the hoops and sign up now, will I be charged $20./month from the time of set up forward-even if I don't use 3g or can I just sign up and Verizon won't charge me until I actually use their service?
Thanks in advance.
